Hi,
Don't know what you've tried so try a power refresh and check what happens.
Turn off the TV and then disconnect the power to the TV.
Press and hold the TV's Power button (not the TV remote control's power button) operated for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reconnect the power to the TV and turn it on and check.
