I was replacing my iPhone 11 earpiece speaker and I lost a Phillips screw that holds the assembly inside the phone. Will the speaker still work or will it have issues if only 1 screw is missing from the assembly?

I think it will work fine as the speaker has separate connections and doesn’t use the screws for anything apart from holding itself to screen
I would replace it if given the chance though but it should work without it

It will most likely work, but if you are worried about it you could try to find a replacement screw. You can buy the sets of all the screws on eBay and a bunch of other places. Also make sure you replace the water proof seal when you finish the repair.
