How do I fix right bumper on Xbox Series X controller?

I don’t know how, but I woke up this morning and went to my xbox. The right bumper on the controller was very strange. The little edge on the right of RB was quiet and had no bump to it. I went to 2k and it wasn’t working but only on the little edge on the right. The middle where it is at its highest point was working fine. Also, the edge on the right was springy and sounded like something fell out of place. I’m too scared to open it up as I have no experience with fixing things. No matter how hard I press it, the right side of the bumper will not work. Please help. Thank you.
