Ylod redux, followed the guide, repair took but then...?

I followed the ylod repair guide, and reassembled my ps3. It booted up fine, but the gave me an error message about the hard drive. Then it said it would restart, and check the system file of the hard drive. I left the room momentarily only to come back and find that I have the ylod all over again. What do I do now?
