Are you using the core2duo A1297?

Until you do the test I outlined in my answer to set the direction of the failure this only one possibly! So did your system bootup or give you any reaction?

Sorry, but right now i'm not in the house were the computer is at.

The test you are talking about is to warm up the computer and see if it turns on or shows signs of life?

I also discovered that the mac has not installed its hard disk, but I think that even if the hard disk is not inserted it would give at least some sign of life or not?

@Giulio Forchiassin - No, You need test if the system starts when shorting across the power pads on the logic board do you get a response? This is bypassing the keyboards power switch.

How do I start the computer by shirting the power pads? Sorry I’m a bit dumb 😅

In addition to @danj's answer, there's a really good explanation that @arbaman posted here with that could give some explanation to the issue. To give you the spark notes of it, it's an issue with the poly-tantalum capacitor. Typically these capacitors go bad over time and will cause a shortage in the board. You can get the device to turn on temporarily by warming up the board, assuming that the computer was in a cooler area, but an actual fix could potentially require a component-level repair if this ends up being the issue.

Doesn’t sound good ;-{

The Green MagSafe LED is a good sign the system is getting power and the battery appears to be charged.

As you are not getting any response when you try starting the system. So is the keyboard or is it the logic board that is not responding?

I would see if shorting across the power pads on the logic board gets a response this is bypassing the keyboards power switch.
