I recently replaced the battery, display and digitizer screens on my A1489 and it won't power back up. Any suggestions / guidance will be appreciated.

There are a lot of factors at play here so I'll throw outsome things you can try to narrow things down. Some more device history would also help (what symptoms was it exhibiting that prompted the initial repair is a good start)
It's possible it IS powering on, you just can't tell due to the screen not functioning properly. Plug it into a computer and see if it is recognized.
Check to see if the backlight is faulty by shining a flashlight at the display. If you can see an image on screen, the issue is more likely to be either the replacement screen, or a board issue with the backlight circuit.
Once you've determined for sure it is in fact not powering on we can see what might be causing that (other than a faulty battery, which is certainly on the list).

Press and hold both the Home button and the top button until you see the Apple logo. If your iPad doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your device. You might need to charge for up to an hour. If your iPad still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support
