Console won't reset, OSU doesn't work, multiple E1xx error codes

Cannot seem to get console to reset using the boot screen, or the offline system update function. With each option, I get multiple E1xx error codes that give the same instructions to repair, all with the same result. This occurred after the most recent system update. An outage was reported, and a patch was released, but I can't get to a point where the system will update with the patch. Microsoft is no help, telling me I'll have to pay for repair, even though I am not responsible for the error. Please help
