Fuse keeps blowing and can’t find source of problem
As the title says the fuse in the power board continues to blow, I know the problem is in the power board as it’s been disconnected and it’s still blowing. The fuse is a T6.4A 250V, I have the fuse in series with a 9.1 ohm 5% 15W resistor to see if it would help

Hi,
Any obvious component damage on the power board i.e. burnt, heat stressed etc?
Have you checked under the heat sinks for damaged components?
Did you make sure that you replaced the fuse with a T6.4A 250V fuse and not a 6.4A 250V fuse?
What is the power board number BN44-xxxxxxxxx?
Post some close up images of the board in your question. Here's how to 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 on ifixit
Have you tried disconnecting the power from the board and then using an Ohmmeter across the input to see what the resistance value is?
To blow a fuse straightaway it has to be very low almost a short circuit. You could then trace the input to the first component it connects to MOV, Diode etc and check them and so on.
You may have to do point to point testing as finding schematics for the board online may be impossible

I added a picture of the board, as much as I can see there isn’t any obvious damage to the parts, the fuse is a T6.3AH 250V, and the power board number is BN44-00874C
