Kenmore front load starts but doesn't spin

The washer starts and water flows into the machine. I've run the diagnostic and the machine starts, goes to C:01 and starts filling with water and then stops, beeps and flashes the F11 code. I've cleaned and tightened the prongs that go between the CCU and MCU boards. Any other suggestions?
