What is this screw-in grommet called?

Hi All,

What is this screw-in grommet called, and the tool or key used to tighten or loosen it?

This one is about 3/8" or 9mm outside diameter.  It is part of a simple compressed-air valve. I'm guessing it has a rubber ring behind it that it holds in place to make the seal.

@quourteous that is a Spanner-head screw. Something like this or as sockets. They do come in various sizes and there should be no problem, finding one that will fit your needs.
