A non-bluetooth wireless and analog wired headset. It is the 2019 version of the SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless (non-pro version), identified by model number HS-00013 on the label underneath the ear padding.

Doesn't turn on unless plugged in to a charger.

I tried changing the battery but it didn't solve the issue. I know many people faced a similar problem.

I don't know if it's an electronic component that failed or planned obsolescence.

I never found an answer for it so I sold it for parts and bought an astro a50. I won't buy anything from steelseries for a while.
