Phone won't turn on after back glass replacement

I've done over 20 back glass replacement without any issues. However I just completed one and I did diagnostics 2 hours ago to check everything working fine. Now the phone is bricked can't get anything on the screen. Gonna do a teardown to check everything is fine. Any ideas?

Was there any areas where you really had to dig to remove the glass? Also I take it there's no life when connected to the charger.

Did you use a laser or heat?
