Why do I keep losing connection?
I have no clue as to why my ps4 keeps losing connection. When I play GTA, I keep losing connection so I thought that it was my Wi-Fi but my Wi-Fi works perfectly fine. And it’s just not GTA that I’m experiencing this with. Also apex and ark. I would lose connection out of no where. So I thought that it was the ps4. So I got a new ps4 pro and that problem still occurs. And the funny thing is that my fiancé uses the old ps4 and it never happens to him. He never loses connection. So it can’t be the ps4 when his works perfectly fine. Now I’m wondering if it’s my account or if it’s something else.
I really have no idea why my ps4 keeps losing connection.

Have you tried using the ps4 that loses connection on a wired ethernet connection? If so does it still drop the connection?

I keep losing Wi-Fi connection but the weird thing is that it’s only me that loses Wi-Fi connection. I have three other ppl in my household that uses the same Wi-Fi too but thy never lose connection. It seems like it’s only my account tho. Bc before I got a new ps4 I shared a ps4 with my fiancé and we had different accounts on the ps4 so I would use my account and it would lose connection with the Wi-Fi but when my fiancé uses the same ps4 but his account instead, he never loses connection.
I have not tried using the wired Ethernet connection yet I would have to buy a much longer cord for that but I’ll try it out.
Hopefully it works but thank u for the suggestion.
