What could cause slow movement through apps and lines through screen?

@sebas99047 try all different source inputs. This looks like a issue with the LCD driver boards on your panel. If you still have tohe back open, post some images of the boards where the cables from the T-con board terminate. Those are hard to reach on some of the TV's. Also, you could try new ribbon cables from the main board to the T-con board and T-con to Driver boards. Commonly, if your VON/VGH voltage is missing, your TV will display in slow motion.
