@brokentvplshelp It looks like the LCD or OLED panel on your TV has been damaged. This cannot be repaired economically. If you want to make some money back, you can open up the TV and sell the working circuit boards inside on a marketplace like eBay.

If it helps it was not on purpose and it still picks up on remote
