Forgot pattern and it's locking me for every 24 hours.

Forgot the pattern and it's locking me for every 24 hours. How can I retrieve the data? I haven't registered the phone on Samsung on find my account. Everywhere I go the only option they say is to factory reset but I am going to lose the files. Is there any way to get files out before the factory reset?
