Why my headphone jack keep connecting. Even I'm not plugged an earphon

Every time I just watching YouTube and scrolling in Facebook my headphone jack keep connecting to something even though I didn't plug any wired headphone and earbuds and then after a day it will be back at normal? Any suggestions

@juanmigueldoton Are you sure your phone isn't connecting to a Bluetooth device?
