Internal Wireless card fitment
Is it possible to fit a wireless card in an iBook that hasn't got one fitted already?

Well, what's the specs of your iBook? I believe that every iBook can take an airport card- it's a pretty simple installation. If you pop the keyboard off, there should be a slot for it.
Be advised that if you want an internal card, you'll need to use an Apple card.
