exclamation mark doesn't disappear and line keep saying unavailable

@cescpol99 It seems you have ended up at the Android recovery mode menu. Don't worry, you should be able to get out of this. What you need to do is use the power buttons to cycle through the menu until you get to an option that says "Power Off" or "Restart". When you get to one of these options, press the power button on your phone and your phone will power off or restart, depending on what you selected. If you chose "power off", you will have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn the phone on adterwards. The phone should now restart into a normal Android session.
