Why the charging port won't take charge after replacing it.

Hi ifixit, My phone Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and a charging port failure after replacing it still won't take charge in (Wireless charger works). Is it because of the failure in bottom board that control mic and bottom speaker. I need help regarding the failure in the cable charging system. The power supply work perfectly fine no issue with it.
