There's a key too sensible, can it be repaired?

Y got this keyboard second hand, after some time figured out that a key (B in this case) is too sensible, just holding softly the finger on it gets pressed, this does not happen in other keys, I understand that something is broken in the inside, do you think this can be repaired? I've heard that this can be the membrane, and is costly, does not worth it, any clues? Thanks in advance.

Same here, on the Win key. I tore down the key assembly and the issue seems to be below the rubber dome, at the membrane switch (the part sensible to pressing that registers the keystrokes). As far as i can tell, this membrane switch works as follows:

  • being a conductive circuit layer, it is made of some thin sheet with printed circuits
  • that is positioned under the rubber dome
  • when you press a key, the rubber dome compresses, and the conductive part of the membrane contacts another layer below it, closing some circuit and registering a keystroke

Therefore there must be something, like a bit of dust between these contacts that causes the key to be super sensible. It probably requires a PCB-level tear down, or at least a good cleaning with compressed air.

On top of that, if my thinking is correct, the design of this keyboard is flawed being so susceptible to particles.
