How do I change a broken charging port

Specs: Intel Core i7-6660U, 8gb RAM, 256gb SSD.

I just bought this one second hand "as is". It won't take a charge at all. So I opened it up and the plastic charging port is cracked.

Is it possible to fix it without having to solder it?Or do I have to replace the charging port? And how?

Or is it not worth it?
