pump appears to work, but does not generate any pressure,

Motor runs does seem to generate air, but no pressure. Is it worth repairing? How much?

Sounds like the pump seals have dried out and need a fresh coat of oil. These things are notoriously bad, but they can be disassembled and oiled up. If it doesn't work after that, it is a boat anchor.
