@omarhamdy62471 sounds like you have an issue with the proximity sensor. Make sure that it is not caused by a screen protector. Remove it and see if that works. Check something like this video It'll allow you to calibrate your proximity sensor (and to turn it on as well). If your proximity sensor can't be calibrated, you may have to replace it. For now try to set it and let us know how it works.
