Allegedly Stuck in 2G.

Hi all.

I'm a trucker so i use my device constantly and always with data on. After a light incident in which the device fell on the truck floor my connection is terrible.

When I say terrible i mean it works fine sometimes (i should say under certain antennas) and has no data signal in other areas.

My ISP supposably did an extensive check and after 2 weeks the answer was my device is stuck in 2g, even though i sometimes have normal service.

Troubleshooting I have done so far is I took a new SIM card and even tried another ISPs and i had no change.

Should I try to change my data chip?
