Speakers move while I'm wearing it

I replaced the head strap, and the replacement process went just fine, but the speakers on the new head strap are loose and they move around when I move my head in VR. The left speaker also seems to flicker in and out some while playing. I tried tightening the speaker screws on the inside of the strap, but that had no affect.
