My car won’t start
My 1998 honda accord 4 cyl is making a strange noise. I replaced distributor cap and placed all spark plug wires correctly, even checked my battery and it’s charged and fine. Yet I still hear this noise any assistance would greatly appreciated it. I have attached an image and a video
