My LG Stylo 5 isn't accepting incoming calls

I'm having g trouble with lg stylo 5 and for some reason I can't receive my I'm coming calls and I can make them and the text messages are fine . I just know if I have any disabled apps that's blockiing my incoming calls. And I need help to update my software. Can someone please help me and I don't know if my son card is in right. Please help me
