My buds doesn't disconnect when it's inside the case
When I put my buds inside the case it doesn't disconnect

Try cleaning the charging contacts in the case as well as on the earbuds.
The buds should disconnect if they detect that they've begun charging.
Do they charge within the case?
If they do, then I would assume there is an issue with a sensor that detects whether the case is closed or open.
If they don't, then the contacts may be dirty.
