My right earpiece stopped working, no more sound

I have a Sennheiser pxc 550.

I wanted to use it, and realised one of the ear pieces wasn't making sounds. It's the right ear piece. I never connected it trough bluetooth to my laptop, so I was using the wire (the one that came with the headset) The wire goes in the right ear piece, if that matters.

I tried turning the headphones on and off. I connected the headphones trough bluetooth with my phone, still no sound from the right ear. I tried to reset my headphones next, witch didn't work either. I tested with another headphone both my laptop and phone, those work fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there,

I've got the same problem, right ear doesn't work without any incident / any hurt.

I've tried thousand things, update mobile app, change settings, reset using the app, try BT or Wire, at the end I was ready to open it !

Finally... I reset all the settings manually and it works ! I read that you already reset the settings but did you try to do it manually ?

(as it mentionned at the end of the user manual)

Resetting the headphones to the factory default settings/Reset

1. Switch the headphones off

2. Press the voice assistant button for 4 seconds (near the ANC button)
