My chromebook 3100 won't turn on

My dog chewed my power cord and I didn't see that before I plugged it in. As soon as I pushed in the c cord it shut down. The battery still has a 20% charge on it. Is there a fuse inside that popped or a breaker? What do I do can I fix it

I did that didn't fix my problem. It's been problem after problem it delete my Google sign in and password all the time and locks me out. Probably gonna give it to my sister she needs the aggravation and I'd have some satisfaction lol I doubt I'd buy another one thanks for the help
