Will my Kindle Fire work with local GM networks?

I bought a Kindle Fire for use in Nigeria with local GSM networks but I can't fix a SIM card.

No, the WiFi version doesn't have cellular hardware. If you want one with cellular, you need to get one with 3G built that way.
