Hello!
I have some dust on the sensor, but it is behind the first layer. Seems it is under the filter on the sensor, between the sensor itself and this filter.
Is it possible to change this filter? Where can I buy it?
If not, does anyone know, where to buy a new sensor?

Just doing a quick search I couldn’t find any source for the sensor. The sensor assembly is custom to Fuji, you’ll need to get a replacement from them Fuji Film - Repair & Product Support. They maybe unwilling to sell you the part directly.
As for getting to the dust, it might be possible to get to a gap which a spray of nitrogen gas (not canned air here) can push it away. Most cameras have a sealed in area. You’ll likely need to find the tape covering the hole.

What this nitrogen gas spray should do in that case? Push it o dissolve? Is it stronger than the one from canned air?
@timscrew - Nitrogen gas is a clean gas unlike many canned air. If you spray the liquid of canned air by accident you can damage your CCD (stain it). An air compressor often has oil vapor from the compressor which can also stain the CCD. There are filter systems which will remove the oil but I’ve encountered issues a few times.
I use Airgas they rent the tank with gas.
Where on the camera are you suggesting nitrogen be directed?
@gkxte6awh57aee6 - Along the edge of the CCD there is often a small gap covered with tape so any dust inside can be blown away.
Are we talking about the same camera? The X30 I have doesn't have interchangeable lenses. There's no access to the CCD that I'm aware of short of dissembling the camera.

@gkxte6awh57aee6 just use this guide Fujifilm X30 Lens Replacement Step 10 is actually where the sensor is located. If you can't find the sensor separate you may depend on a complete lens assembly to obtain a new one. The will most likely cost more than the camera but do a good online search and see what pops up. You just never know.
