Why are my lights flickering?
All of my vehicle lights including dash and headlights are flickering, even at all speeds and stopped. Is it my voltage regulator? Alternator?

I would test batter and alternator. If your alternator isnt putting out enough voltage, the added loads like radio and ac etc could cause the flickering. Test voltage at your battery between + and - posts. Anything above 12 is what the alternator is putting out. I typically like to see about 14v while car is running.
