Why does it shut off when making only hot chocolate with k-cups?
The machine only turns off when using hot chocolate k-cups and stays on when using coffee k-cups

In my experience the hot chocolate cups are a fine powder as opposed to coffee grounds. This means they end up with the chocolate compacted, stopping water flow. Only thing I've done is give em a good shake to loosen everything up before popping in the keurig
