when i play pokemon on my dsi the screen will randomly freeze and i will have no choice but to hit the power button and lose my progress. Closing and opening the ds doesn't work and neither does pressing any buttons. This only happens with games running on a game card. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP

"This only happens with games running on a game card". Do you mean it only happens with the flash card? If this is the case, it's probably faulty or the Micro-SD card is. I can't help you further with the flash card. Are the original games working fine?
