Water damaged iPhone bootlooping sometimes

Hello everybody, my iPhone was water damaged recently. If you don't have the power cable plugged in, the phone will boot loop. If you plug it in it will boot to ios or to dfu mode (where I can most of the time exit and get it to boot to ios). I think something to do with the power button is shorted because when it turns on to ios, it shows that the power button is holding itself down when I'm not physically pressing it. So I'm not sure if the power button is causing the boot loop or DFU mode somehow and I'm looking for some help. I don't think the battery is the issue because it does hold a charge and it stays in ios without a power cable connected once you get it to boot.

Mason, we need more information. First of all, exactly what model of iPhone do you have? They've changed a lot over the years and we can't give you good information without knowing which one you have.

iPhones have a nice little feature where they log the cause of a reboot, which can often tell us exactly why it's happening. These are called panic logs and are created whenever the phone detects an error condition and reboots the phone as a result; that process is called a kernel panic.

Your homework is to read the following wiki page and use that information to locate your latest panic log.

Once you have that, either take a screenshot or copy and paste the first page of the log, then come on back here and add that information to your question. You can add it as text if you copied it, or include it as a picture in the case of a screenshot.

Once we can see that log, we will have a much better idea of what you'll need to do to get your phone working again.

Hello, I used 2 different tools and neither found any panic logs. It's an iPhone 13.
