I have a Mettler Sonicator Plus 992. Unfortly both Switch have broken. If anybody knows where to find/buy new please let me know.

It's the encoder part? If you don't really care about visuals, try to solder different rotary encoders using wires (for example, as used in Arduino Rotary encoder). If it contains also some logic, you have to make a hybrid with new contacts and this logic. It's not easy to find that part analog.
