Hi Lucy,
What's going on with your phone? I mean, I can certainly understand it being hard to turn on if the power button is disconnected, but how did that come about? Is there a reason you can't reconnect them? If you need help with reconnecting or replacing the power/volume button flex cable, here's a guide with instructions.

Give us a little more information about what happened to the phone; does it react when you plug in the charger? Does the screen work?

Hi yeah the yellow ribbon has snapped inside of the phone the one that connects the buttons to the motherboard but I’m going to try buying a replacement bit of Amazon cause found a cheap one that should work thanks
