My phone is shutting down during boot and doesn't entirely start

My iPhone SE 2022 was working fine but then it just shutsdown out of the blue and didn't turn on. After trying to reset it using apples key combination it tried to boot but kept shutting down. Only once did it fully boot but still shut down. Please help
