Hi @leoyork57849

If Win10 (or Win11) is the OS when it starts to boot into Windows, press and hold the Power button operated to force stop the laptop and shut it down

Do this 3 times in a row i.e. start → boot → force stop → start → boot → force stop → start → boot → force stop.

On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.

If it does go to Troubleshooting → Advanced → Startup repair and follow the prompts.

If you can't get to the WRE menus try using a Recovery disc to resolve the problem.

You can create a recovery disc from any known working Win10 (or Win 11) PC. All you need is a 16GB (or 32GB for Win11) USB flashdrive and 1-2 hours of time.

In the host PC go to Control panel → Recovery → Create a Recovery disc and follow the prompts.

When you have the recovery disc, insert it into a USB port in the laptop and turn it on. Press the Esc key repeatedly and then press F9 to change the boot order to USB as the 1st boot option.

The laptop should boot from the USB drive and not the laptop's drive (HDD or SSD) into the WRE menus.

If it does follow the procedure as above to repair the startup.
