I got refrigerator from whirpool Arc8140/1/lx
But it stop freezing like it's little cold in freezer but not enough I can't change on panel to set degrees c' to be -18 on the bottom line only showing --- what that could be here I attach some pics

The --- indicates the freezer is not up to temp - which is your stated problem.
How about the fridge? If neither is cooling, then it is likely a control board or sealed system/compressor issue. If just the freezer, check for ice buildup on the coils. That may be caused by a bad freezer door seal or something holding the freezer door open even slightly.

Top it's working fine only bottom freezer not working well it shows doors are closed on the panel it's dosent show degrees on panel just 3 lines --- where the frezer is. There no ice at all cuz it unfreeze everthing it's clear
