Nintendo 3DS top screen has issue for 3D visualization

I have a Nintendo 3DS game console (old version), but I found the 3D visualization function is problematic. The 3D slider works good. But when I turn on, it doesn't show the 3D effects.

Specifically, when I use each single eye to look the top parallax screen, only my right eye could see clear image, but my left eye see very dark image which is hard to figure out.

So what do you think the issue is that happened for the 3DS parallax screen?

Thanks for the video!

I did saw when you try to turn the 3D on, the screen changes. So, most likely the 3D slider is still working. i’m afraid it’s something in the screen…

I would test it with another top screen and see how that works out.

If it’s still failing, it could be the slider or something on the motherboard… but first, I would test a new screen and see what happens.
