3DS XL with drift, sound, responsiveness and random shutdown issues

Hello,

I have a problem(s) with a 3ds xl.

When I power on, sometime I have the starting sound, sometime I havent.

Most of the time after a "normal" start there is no sound and it's comes with a drift of the cursor on the bottom screen and, in this case, joystick buttons and touchscreen don't react to any action. A few time, no sound, no drift and no reaction to any button.

Sometimes it's drifting but can be stop it with the control pad by pressing in the opposite direction.

Sometimes, after a few (random) seconds, the console shutdown silently.

I change the joystick and the touchscreen but it don't get better.

After changing the touchscreen I was able to calibrate the touchscreen and the joystick one time but since, it's doesn't work.

I am able to get into the safe mode with (L) + (R) + (A) + (D-Pad Up) buttons hold at start, each time with sound but most of the time unresponsive touchscreen/buttons.

Sometime , the touchscreen is responding when the drift stop.

One thing is working every time, power on/off button.

Try to understand the relationship between the sound, the drift, touchscreen/buttons unresponsive and the shutdown problem...

Here is a picture of the little piece on the upper right corner next to dpad.

Seems pretty rusted on the picture but it's not the case, just bad quality picture even if the color of the little piece is pretty accurate.
