2010 Kia Forte EX. The OEM radio powered off, along with the usb ports stopped giving any power. Checked fuses and they looked good but replaced both 15a fuses in the radio and memory set anyway. Still no power to radio and usb ports. Everything else powers on no issues. Currently have an airbag light due to bad clockspring.

You didn't specify which year model or which fuses you replaced but in the 2010 Forte instrument panel fuse box, check 15A fuses #13 & #23 (power outlets) and 10A fuse #12 and 15A fuse #18 (audio).

The power outlets came on, but the radio is still no power. Replaced the suggested fuses with new fuses.
I think the OEM radio is dead?
