Soldering Station For iPhone / iPod Soldering Etc?

Repairing mobiles for a long time now, fed up having to send them off for soldering and would like to do it myself.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good soldering station for things such as iPhone 3G '3' Connector, Backlight, iPod Batterys.

Things like that.
