Common problems presented with this product include the needed replacement of the rubber keys. The company provides a two year warranty that includes the replacement of these keys, along with multiple other facets of the product. The company provides a similar product called, XKey Air. However, this device (XKey) is just over 1/2″ high and weighs 1.3lb. There’s no battery needed, as opposed to the XKey Air. The XKey is powered and upgradable via a single USB cable. This keyboard also has 25 full size keys.
