If you are having issues unlocking your 2021 Toyota Venza using the vehicle-provided fob, it likely needs a battery replacement. This guide demonstrates how to replace the battery of your 2021 Toyota Venza key fob.
Over time, the fob battery will runs out of power from prolonged use. If you start to notice that the remote doesn't respond or you have to press its buttons multiple times to get the vehicle to respond, your remote needs a battery replacement.
If the remote stops responding and you do not have a CR2450 battery, you can still unlock the car using the key inside the fob, as shown in Step 2.
