If your camera has physical damage like a crack or a scratch, or if there is a hardware defect, you may need to replace the camera of your Acer Chromebook CB315-3HT-C3FQ.

Pop off the front panel that holds the Acer Chromebook's LCD screen.
If you are struggling to remove the front panel, you can always use a Jimmy to remove the panel.

Remove the camera from the panel.
