First, power off your laptop and unplug all cables and accessories. Then, place it upside down on a stable and flat surface.
Use the T5 Torx Screwdriver to remove the 12 screws on the bottom of the laptop. Once the screws are removed, lift off the bottom panel.
Locate the two rectangular RAM modules, left and right, in the middle of the motherboard.
Gently spread apart the latches on either side for the RAM module to pop up.
